How To Get Started With Our Dental Assistant Course

Fill out the application below to the best of your knowledge. If everything is in order, you’ll be able to move onto the next step. If we need any more information we will reach out.
Once you’ve completed your enrollment paperwork, you can make your deposit online! Your invoice should appear and it will also be emailed to you.
We will email the Enrollment paperwork to you!
Once you’ve completed your enrollment paperwork, you’ll receive an email to to set up your payment plan (if applicable), then you’ll receive information on how to log into your Dental Assisting School student portal.

How To Get Started With Our Dental Assistant Course

    Will you be the age of 18 or older at the beginning of class? *

    Are you a U.S. citizen, OR do you have a Social Security Number or an ITIN with a work permit? *

    This must be true in order enroll. If not, you will be contacted for more information.

    Education

    A U.S. high school diploma, GED, or U.S. college transcripts/degree is required in order to take the course. If you do not have any of these or if your degree is from outside the United States, please call your Admissions Associate at the school so they can determine if there is another option for you.

    This course requires 40-hour externship in order to graduate and must be completed during the program. Will you be able to meet this requirement? *

    The hours of your externship will be determined by the office you extern at. This must be true in order enroll. If not, you will be contacted for more information.

    Student Expectations

    By selecting Yes below, you acknowledge that you will follow/meet each student expectation. If not, you will be contacted for more information. *

    1. A valid U.S. Government-Issued photo I.D. or passport prior to class

    2. A U.S. High School diploma, transcript, equivalency (U.S. college transcripts/degree are also accepted) prior to class

    3. A copy of your shot records to include:

      • Hepatitis B

      • Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis (TDP)

      • Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)

      • Varicella

      • or sign a Vaccination Declination waiver

    4. Transportation to class and externship

    5. Positive and professional attitude

    6. Clean the office at the end of each day

    7. Attendance and timeliness

    8. No cell phone use during class

    9. Access to a computer for weekly homework assignments and reading

    10. Receive, write, and interpret verbal and written communication in English without the assistance of an interpreter

    11. Tattoos/ piercings covered

    12. Hair tied up; well groomed facial hair

    13. Short fingernails

    14. No excessive odors (perfume, cologne, smoke, body odor, etc.)
